Sandusky Witches Walk
The 15th Witches Walk fills downtown with a costumed parade, a Guinness World Records dance attempt, live shows and costume contests. Proceeds support local youth and senior programs.

This year the Witches Walk runs events all through October, with the main event on Oct. 17.
Planned for Oct. 17: the walk and community parade, an opening ceremony and Guinness World Records dance, a Broadway-style musical, a Stevie Nicks tribute, costume contests, an Enchanted Market for VIP ticket holders, drink specials at downtown restaurants and bars, and a stamp raffle with $5,000 in prizes.
A ticket is required to march in the parade, join the dance and enter the raffle. VIP tickets are $45 plus a service fee and cover events all month; prices go up on event night.
Net proceeds go to local programs including the Kiwanis Club, Meals on Wheels and efforts to raise high school graduation rates.
