The festival fills two areas downtown: Victory Park on South Main Street north of Ohio Street, and Exchange Park at Main Street and Liberty Avenue.
The parade steps off at 1:30 p.m. and lasts about two hours, heading east on Liberty Avenue from Grand Street, then right on Sandusky Street and right on South Street, ending at Decatur Street.
