Lakeside-Marblehead Lighthouse Festival offers free admission Saturday
The Oct. 10 festival runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free wristbands cover selected activities; lighthouse tours carry a separate fee.

The Lakeside-Marblehead Lighthouse Festival runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, with free admission and parking, craft vendors, hayrides and lighthouse tours.
Lakeside Chautauqua and the Marblehead Peninsula Chamber of Commerce organize the festival, which takes place rain or shine across Lakeside and the Village of Marblehead. Lakeside's 2026 event schedule lists more than 100 arts and crafts vendors and a farmers market.
Several activities require a free wristband, including carnival games, an inflatable obstacle course and slide, crafts, face painting, hayrides and miniature golf. Visitors can reserve wristbands through the event page or get them at the information tent at Walnut Avenue and Third Street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lighthouse tours at Marblehead Lighthouse State Park, 110 Lighthouse Drive, cost $3 in cash; children 6 and younger are free. Tours depend on the weather.
Visitors can park at Lakeside's South Gate lot, 800 Maple Ave. Complimentary golf cart shuttles run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Free admission does not cover every activity. Lakeside lists separate charges for chair yoga and its heritage society's Hotel Lakeside tours. Check the organizer's event changes page for updates before leaving.
